Day 2 - Vancouver

Enjoy the relaxation of ordering room service for breakfast because you have a busy day of walking ahead. Drive an hour and a bit outside of Vancouver, and you will find yourself in Fort Langley. This romantic little city is the perfect place to spend the day walking around hand-in-hand enjoying the shops, cafés , parks and historic sights. Make sure to stop by the Fort Langley National Historic Site for a bit of an educational experience. You will appreciate the charm of the city a little more. On your way back into Vancouver, about 40 minutes outside of the city, you will find yourself at the Township 7 Winery. Get out and taste some of the locally produced wines, and while you're there make sure to grab a bottle or two to take home as a reminder of your weekend away. There's nothing more romantic than watching the sun set from a mountain top. The two hour Grouse Mountain Sunset Tour gives you a picture perfect view of the sun setting behind the beautiful city-scape. You can either grab a bite to eat while you're up there at one of the restaurants, or you can grab a few drinks and a bite to eat at Bacchus in their warm and inviting lounge.
