• It does not possess the same romantic atmosphere as Venice. However, it is still a great place to spend the night out drinking and eating in one of the many local bars and nightclubs, among which this is the veteran pub. This is a typical pub, just as the name would suggest, and it caters to a younger public of twenty-somethings who make up a full house - especially after 9pm and on weekends. The decor too enhances the pub atmosphere with its dark wooden tables, chairs and bar stools and the obligatory beer pumps at the bar. There is a corner of the pub set up specifically to host live music performers who turn up from time to time to enjoy the evening. There is quite a wide range of foreign and local draught and bottled beers. The choice of food is generally limited to the inevitable panini, however there are a few meat dishes served with chips. For Mestre, the prices are pleasantly surprising, while a panino should not set you back by more than a few Euro.
