- If you can't imagine a day in Venice or an evening that doesn't end in a romantic dinner, then you don't have much of an imagination. Our favorite is Fiaschetteria Toscana. One hundred years ago, Fiaschetteria Toscana was a Tuscan wine outlet and social center of the neighborhood, so the Busatto family couldn't very well change the name even if their cuisine is strictly traditional Venetian and fish based. The very glamorous and modernly designed Centrale Restaurant Lounge is placed close to Teatro La Fenice and stays open late, which seldom happens in Venice. Martini Scala is another warm and inviting spot. There are outside tables and a piano bar inside, and singers entertain diners as they eat. The cuisine is traditional Venetian. These are some of the most romantic restaurants in Venice, so let your imagination run wild and bask in the love that Venice has to offer.
