Description:
It's not pretty, but it's cheap (for Venice), conveniently located near the station, clean, and very well run. The Adua family, in the low-end hotel business for more than 30 years, completed a welcome renovation in 1999, giving the largish rooms a unified summery look, with contemporary wood furnishings painted pale green. At an independent palazzo across the street, the six refurbished rooms (with a shared bathroom, TV, or air-conditioning) cost 20% less.
