The parking place is inside the garden of the property. Private beach (Accessible to a wheelchair with assistance). In the neighbourhood every kind of shops, restaurants, cook shop, laundry, etc. A 5 minutes walk takes you to "Mostra del cinema", 15 minutes by public boat to St. Marc Square.
