- This inn is on the island of Murano, home to the master glassworkers. It takes its name from 'soffiador' which is glassworkers in Venetian dialect. It is very small, which adds to its charm, but the rooms are large. There is a beautiful garden and a restaurant which serves traditional regional food.

Staying on Murano was great away from the crowds but we found there weren't many places for an evening meal and you need to book for the good ones!

A very nice and cosy hotel in a quiet part of Venice close to the vaporetto stop, convenient to get to the Marco Polo Airport. Clean. Actually, it's a restaurant and just 5 rooms...

Peaceful location easy access to all of Venice

Great room on third floor, short walk to vaporetto. Views of lagoon from balcony - enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in contrast to the crowds everywhere else.
