Description:
Casual, easy on the palate, not too hard on the wallet (by Venetian standards), and even easy to find (again, for Venice), this is a decent choice for pizza, a light snack, or an elaborate meal. You can have stand-up cicchetti and sandwiches at the bar or window-side counter, while more serious diners head to the tables in back to enjoy the pizzas, pastas, or tavola calda, a glass counter-enclosed buffet of prepared dishes like eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, and fresh-cooked vegetables in season, reheated when you order.

Very warm welcome

We were welcomed and served by two friendly waitresses. Food was excellent and the 'house red' is a fine wine. Very easy and pleasant atmosphere inside. Well worth a visit.
