I want to plan a SURPRISE fantastic cooking class for my wife Eileen in Venice for our 25th wedding anniversary next May 2013.
Could you recommend places where she and I can take this cooking class of traditional Venetian Cuisine? Ideally, the class should take us to the Rialto Market to shop for the ingredients for the class and then take us back to a wonderful setting, maybe by the grand canal, where we will cook and enjoy the fruit of our labor with a great glass of Venetian wine. I really would like a hands-on type of class where we really cook not just watch someone cooking. Thanks, Jorge Yajure
