User Review:
- You can reach the temple from the main street of Bánfalva using the stairs built in 1718. The lower end of the stairs starts at a closed square where you can find almost the same kind of well than in Venice. The fence of the stairs have been decorated with 14 statuettes in about 1750. The temple was the monastery of the white friars in the reign of Josef 2nd. During the communist regim - after the dissolution of the orders - it was a common lodging house till 1993. After 15 years destruction it is being renovated. Planned to use as a nursery of artists.
