- This is an open-air market that is attended by locals the year round. Of course, sunny weather brings the crowds. Great variety of fresh produce, including fresh and smoked meats and fish; canned and dried produce and prepared foods from the near east; as well as a number of good wine handlers and gourmet as well as street-quality restaurants. Be prepared to bargain but preferably NOT in the english language! ( Reachable at the Karlsplatz station, using either the U-2 or U-4 lines.
