- Visit this gallery and workshop to admire intricate designs in stunning colors--Lao silk weaving at its best. American artist Carol Cassidy designs the wall hangings, scarves and interior fabrics. She creates contemporary interpretations of traditional motifs, which are woven on site. Replicas of classic Lao weaving are also on display. Visitors can watch weavers working on handlooms and observe spinning and dyeing. The gallery exports to designers and collectors from New York to Tokyo, and provides custom design and interior fabrication services for customers worldwide. Visits by appointment outside opening hours.
