  • Depending on what you want, Vina Del Mar can throw it right back at you. Kabobs to tapas, TexMex to fried fish, Vina has everything your stomach will ever desire. And, as a new destination of sorts, there isn't really an established "local" cuisine besides national Chilean dishes, so there are plenty of chefs experimenting trying to find that Vina Del Mar dish that everyone can go home raving about to bring in more hungry masses. A fun experiment, for sure.
