Many unusual features are displayed in this home; 12-foot ceilings and 14-inch floors, just to name a couple. The 164-square-foot arched vault once stored millions of dollars in gold and silver bullion. Guests are encouraged to browse during their stay. Be sure to visit the parlor where you can find a library with many books on Virginia City and the west. You can also enjoy morning or evening historical walking tours. No credit cards are accepted, bring cash or traveler's checks. This is a non-smoking hotel.
