Polihale State Park

Description:

• The campground at Polihale State Park lies on and behind the dunes at the southern end of the beach area. There are three designated campsites in this area, each able to accommodate many tents. Facilities at the Polihale Campground include restrooms, outdoor showers, picnic tables, grills and drinking water. Each of the three campsites has it's own facilities. Campers should be aware of dangerous rip currents and shore breaks in the waters off the campground beach. A safe swimming area lies north of the campground. It's known as Queen's Pond.
