• A fresh new venue tucked away on a shady tree-lined street in the laid-back Mokotów precinct of the city, Café Futro has all the ingredients necessary to make a trendy spot. Inside, the decor boasts an eclectic mix of furry black wall-cloths, zebra-stripped couches and huge photographs of watchful eyes. Outside, the green-toned patio lends the perfect setting for a light afternoon lunch during summertime. The menu is as diverse as the decor with individually-named creations such as On the Oil Rig' or Bombay Highway' offered alongside traditional soups, salads and pasta. The vast cocktail offerings are reasonably priced, but a real hit and miss taste-wise. The weekday lunch specials (PLN15) are well worth sampling.
