It is behind this cool counter that cocktail virtuoso Danny Undhammer mixes up mind-altering concoctions from always-popular classics to experimental blends such as chili ban jack (fresh banana muddled with homemade chili syrup and passion fruit puree) and creole smash (Seville Orange with fresh mint, Southern Comfort and cointreau).
