- Park Wolności (Freedom Park) is located in the premises of the Warsaw Rising Museum. The park was built in memory of the freedom fighters and soldiers who laid down their lives in the historic Warsaw Uprising of 1944 during the days of the Second World War. It stands as a mark of Poland''s struggle for freedom from the fascist Germans. In 2004, statues of Georgian officers, serving in the Polish Army were unveiled in the park, on the 60th anniversary of the great rising. The park is also rented out for various cultural events and concerts.
