    • The Exchange is a typical college hangout. Located in Foggy Bottom, the bar has become popular with George Washington University students. Most of the time the bar dominates the Exchange. However in the summer months a spacious patio opens. Happy hour runs from 6pm to 9pm. Closing time varies here. The bar shuts its doors when business is slow. The Exchange offers the standard bar fare. Choose among burgers, sandwiches, New York strip steaks or fish and chips.
