- Antietam Overlook Farm is a 19th century-style farmhouse on ninety-five acres atop the Blue Ridge range overlooking the Antietam National Battlefield and historic Sharpsburg, MD. The view is extraordinary with rolling mountains falling away into nearby Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The farmhouse offers a special ambiance featuring rustic wood finishes, stone fireplaces, French lace curtains, and antiques. All of our spacious suites include fireplaces, plush Queen sized beds, and private bathrooms. All but one of the suites offer private screened porches and sitting tubs located in the bedrooms. Our live-in Owner/Chef-Mark, prepares a three course gourmet breakfast for 9am every morning, and guests are encouraged to linger and socialize.
