- Chef Gerard Pangaud offers upscale contemporary French cuisine in an intimate setting. Of course, you might just see a congressperson or two jabbering away, but do not let that discourage this taste festival. Soft music and fresh flowers provide ambiance. The entrees here are worth the hefty price. Veal with Prosciutto, Artichokes and Mushrooms, and Poached Lobster in a marvelous ginger-lime sauce are among the many fine choices. A five-course tasting menu is also available.
