Izakaya - a traditional Japanese restaurant serving grilled items created from the highest quality ingredients (many of which are flown in daily from Japan) - is represented well here, as Kushi uses a deep charcoal robata pit and smaller yakitori grills to create its delicacies. The grill counter is located in the main dining area and has 30 seats wrapping around it. To complement the grilled meats and vegetables, Kushi presents a fantastic array of fresh sushi and unique concoctions ranging from small-batch sakes and shochus to Japanese microbrews. Focusing on organic and sustainable ingredients, Kushi also puts an emphasis on fresh and delicious seafood. The restaurant features polished steal, reclaimed woods and warm lighting.
