- This downtown restaurant, on the terrace of the Washington Hotel, is open only from April to October. It offers one of the most remarkable views of the city skyline. The sunset hour is especially busy, so come early if you can. As the end of the workday draws near, there is a long line of professionals patiently waiting for a table. Most patrons come to relax and enjoy a drink, although light fare: soups, sandwiches and cheese plates is also available.

Just what my title says- there is more to be imagined here. What they offer is a cute decor- the staff- no comment. The food- is just okay- although i would give it a second chance...

A wonderful view DC from the roof.

Open air so it can get a little chilly. They do have heat lamps. The view of the White House and Treasury Dept. are stunning at night.
