"In the other direction, head towards the International Spy Museum which is really cool (and fun for kids - especially the spy missions - they say they are for older kids, but my girls love it at age 10)."  See More

"Totally depends on what you like to do. For museums, I second The Phillips Collection which is in the embassy row area near Dupont Circle. It's a cool area anyway with a lot of great eateries. I like BGR the Burger Joint, but there's lots to choose from. Go to Georgetown. You can see the Old Stone House which is the oldest building in DC (free and takes 5 minutes to tour), shop, eat, and do a chocolate tour. Walk to the Key Bridge and check out the Key Bridge Boathouse (>"  See More

"Unfortunately, I don't get to eat out there much, but the Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant (next to the International Spy Museum) is nice for business or pleasure."  See More

"My girls LOVE the International Spy Museum and have done their extra secret mission thing."  See More
