MLK Library Author Series - Washington DC

  • Description:

    • Gather in the library's main lobby each Tuesday at noon to listen to authors of local and national renown speak about their work. Bring your own lunch to this free event, which runs from Labor Day through the end of June. The library is worth a visit after the readings. The building was designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, considered by many to be one of the founders of modern architecture.
