- Picnicking is very popular at Seneca Creek Lake. There are numerous individual tables and grills, conveniently located restrooms, drinking water, and playgrounds. Shelters are scattered throughout the park and should be reserved. Three of the six shelters are designed with the handicapped in mind. The rental fee is based upon the capacity. Three sizes of shelters accommodate 48, 144, and 204 persons. Each renting accordingly. ($48, $144, and $204)
