From Vegetarian Guide to DC: Burrito Brothers; Le Pain Quotidien; Old Siam Thai Cuisine; Szechuan House Restaurant; Thai Roma; and Wellness Cafe.
Unfortunately, I haven't been to any of these places, so I can't give a recommendation. You can try searching for a review on the Internet.
