I will be visiting Washington D.C. in early september. what are cheap and nice restaurants, bars and pubs I can visit? what are the places I should definitely not miss? Thanks :)

Try McDonalds or Burger King; they are cheap places to eat at

Visit Georgetown. You'll love it. Besides being a college town it's full of Nice Pubs and Restaurants, and the prices aren't bad.

You're visiting DC, so the cheapest you'll get is during happy hour, where draft beer is $3 and up. I can't tell you a single place to go, but I enjoy Capitol Hill (aka, Pennsylvania Ave SE and 8th St. SE).
