- Fraser's brilliant large picture windows ensure a spectacular vista and it enjoys one of the best locations in Perth. The menu changes daily to take advantage of seasonal produce. Samples from chefs Chris Taylor and Brad Ford include chargrilled rock lobster with lemon butter or spiced tomato sauce and spiced beef fillet with eggplant pahie and dahl, cucumber salsa and chutney. Please call ahead for open hours.

Have visited the restaurant many times. Food has always been excellent. Service also excellent. The only downside to the restaurant is the decor inside... it has a function centre...
