Situated amidst the majestic mountains in the resort town of Whistler (along Highway 99), Araxi has won quite a few awards and ranks. The extensive menu has tempting dishes prepared using fresh local ingredients and a good list of wines. Warm hues and interesting pieces of art create a cozy atmosphere in the main dining area, while the adjacent lounge and seafood bar is done up with a modern look. The patio has a heated bar and can accommodate up to 80 people and is a good spot to catch some local culture.
