Hi Priscilla,
If you're still looking for info on this, check out the whistlerforthedisabled.com. It's a great resource and has info on activities, accommodations and attractions. Whistler helped pioneer the concept of paralympics in B.C., so the resort is very pro-active when it comes to accessibility issues. The town itself is structured to be barrier free wherever possible, and wheelchairs can access some sightseeing locations. If you're in to skiing, then you may wish to check the lower third of that page for info on passes and buddy passes. The Meadowlark Sports Arena has a weight and fitness area that is accessible.
The town has "new" accessible buses and other transport available. Also, on whistler.com/accessiblewhistler, there is a barrier-free map that you can download.
Have a great visit! It's a cool place to vacation!
