This is a question that is best answered by Tourism Whistler, since they are currently doing a formal review of all dog sledding businesses in the area. You can reach them at whistler.com, or at 888.869.2777. Since you had also asked about accessible activities: this would be an excellent activity to consider. It has had a lot of success as an accessible (or barrier free) means of touring, not only at Whistler but at other ski resorts in BC. There are a number of good dog sled companies that have been operating at Whistler for years, and Tourism Whistler will have the most up-to-date information pending their review.
