• A cheeseburger and a milkshake may be the meal of choice for most visitors to this Route 66 town, but here at the Red Raven, culinary horizons are a bit broader. Start your meal with Southwestern egg rolls that are served with a smoky chipotle dipping sauce. Then try the pork tenderloin with cranberry-pineapple salsa or the basil butter salmon with cranberry-pine nut couscous. There are also plenty of steaks. Although it is a fairly casual place, this is by far the most sophisticated restaurant in town.
