Description:
- Located just next to Jamestown Settlement, Historic Jamestown shows the excavation of the original site where the colonists first made their homes. Archaeologists unearth remains of the original fort, as well as occasional artifacts and other great finds. Park rangers explain the history and make sure to check out the Glasshouse, where glassblowers create beautiful and useful objects using the same techniques the original Jamestown inhabitants would have used.
