User Review:
- In may 1914 Wilhelm Sander requested permission to build a house for him, which he would like to call bachelor quarters. The foundation was raised above the ground, to accommodate a celler. Most of the exterior costruction material used was natural mica shist rocks, found virtually on site. The dwelling pridet itself with the first private swimming pool. In 1916 Sander was forced to sell the tower and sold it to Countess Margarethe von Schwerin (born von Heynitz) and since then the castle has been known as Heynitzburg. Currently it is used as a Hotel, run and owned by the Raith family
