Description:
This warm chalet-style bistro serves up northern European comfort food. Main courses include seven superlative Danish specialties, such as frikadeller (Danish meat patties, made from ground veal and pork, served with red cabbage and potato salad), and aeggekage (a Danish omelet with bacon, garnished with tomatoes and green onions, and served with home-baked Danish bread). At lunch, specialties include nine or so open-face sandwiches, served on homemade rye or white bread.
