Western Canada Aviation Museum

Western Canada Aviation Museum - Winnipeg

  • Description:

    • Among the dozens of historic flying treasures at the Western Canada Aviation Museum is Canada's first helicopter, designed and test flown between 1935 and 1939. There's also a plane-flight simulator, and the Spaceways exhibit, which includes a space-flight simulator, is a great kid's favorite. The museum is both fun and educational, as you are able to interact with real airplanes and learn about the history and technology of flight, from early plane designs to spacecraft and everything in between.
