- Six Flags Magic Mountain is the amusement park adrenaline junkies and extreme ride seekers will most enjoy. Unlike some of the other parks in Southern California, Magic Mountain has the most number of roller coaster and other rides designed to illicit screams of terror and excitement. Only 45 minutes from Los Angeles, Magic Mountain, when combined with Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, provides an entire day of thrills and laughter. Visitors and locals can all enjoy the amount of excitement generated by the powerhouse rides. There may not be much to do in Valencia, California, but Magic Mountain more than makes up for the effort in getting there.
