Hello I am a Mexican living in Warsaw, I would like to meet Polish people and Ive heard Wroclaw is the place is it true?

I find people in Warsaw a little bit snob :P I think Polish girls are really pretty and I would like to meet many and become friends. A mexican that i met told me Wroclaw is where the prettiest girl from Poland are and that in Wroclaw people is very friendly. Is that true? Is it a beautiful city?
