Spring Forum - Yosemite National Park
  • Type: Events
  • NileGuide Expert tip:

Look into booking your camping or lodging early.

  • Description:

    • The Yosemite Conservancy is the park's non-profit partner and they throw a learning party every spring for some of their 30,000 members.  All day long there are birdwalks, ranger talks, presentations from authors, professional naturalists, professors, artists and other experts.  The Superintendent roams around, authors sign books, and lots of friends and colleagues catch up with eachother and with the park.  Usually held at the end of March, this event is balanced by another similar gathering of YC members in Wawona in the fall.
