If you're talking about bringing horses into Yosemite, there are 3 places where you can camp: Bridalveil Creek, Wawona and Tuolumne Meadows - each in summer only. See http://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/campground.htm for those details. No NPS campgrounds have shower facilities, though you can find showers not far from Tuolumne Meadows. In general, campsites are $20/night, but it might be different in the horse camps. The park's website has a number just for reserving these sites.
