I desire to pass through Yosemite in February, we get to Death Valley and we will go to San Fracisco.

Yosemite is open every day of the year, but in February only the 3 west side entrances are open. Tioga Pass on Highway 120 is closed through the winter. This means that Yosemite is a bit out of the way between SanFran and Death Valley, but it's still worth the trip. Be prepared for winter driving and possibly needing tire chains for snowy roads.
