Yosemite has 800 miles of unique trails. Those that are near Yosemite Valley and (in summer) Tuolumne Meadows have the most people on them (and are some of the most spectacular). If you start your hike before 8 a.m. you'll be ahead of crowds on any trail and then it's hard to go wrong.
You might check out the Pohono Trail between Glacier Point and Tunnel View; you need to arrange a shuttle (or hitch hike) from one end to the other. Mono Pass Trail is never crowded. Few people use the Snow Creek Trail between Tioga Road and Yosemite Valley; it has stunning views. Again, a shuttle would be needed; if you do it as a descent there's an evening bus that could return you from the Valley to your car.
