• The restaurant at Bardessono Hotel features both an elegant dining room and lounge, with furnishings made from recycled materials such as old wine barrels and barn siding, and an outdoor terrace that's festive at night with the fountains lit bewitchingly. In addition to the regular menu, Bardessono serves a surprisingly reasonable prix-fixe four-course dinner on Sundays that's attracting locals as well as guests. Using herbs an produce grown in the onsite "Lucy's garden" and in plots borrowed from nearby Hillside Vineyards, Bardesonno features farm-to-table cuisine with all the attention to freshness and herb-infused flavor it deserves. The wine list is extensive, though it features a surprising number of non-Napa wines. Request the pairing wine sampler; it's superb.
