Description:
- REDD will be Richard Reddington's first signature restaurant, the result of years of training with the world's most renown chefs. His training included work in restaurants in France as well as America and the last nine years as a Chef in San Francisco and the Napa Valley. The cuisine of REDD will be Contemporary American or as Richard likes to describe it "Napa Valley Food". The main focus will be on the Wine Country and the food and wine pairings offered will help showcase local wines. The menu will include 4, 6 and 9 course tasting options. It will change daily to focus on seasonal produce. There will be influences from many countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Japan, China and Mexico. But this food should not be described as fusion. The main focus will be on clean, well-balanced flavors that go well with wine. There will always be vegetarian courses available even though they may not be printed on the menu.
