NileGuide Expert tip:
Mukuntuweep is Paiute for "sacred cliffs." There, you learned something.
Description:
Why Mukuntuweep? It's simple, clean, functional, cheap. Worth the stay if those attributes are on your radar! Featuring six log cabins, a teepee (yes, a teepee), and a hogan (a traditional Navajo dwelling), you share bathrooms with other guests. Wanna drop a line? Check out the fishing pond. Got kids? Send them toward the playground. A restaurant, funky little store, and gas station across the street round things out. This place makes for a decent stay for the RV group as well as low-maintenance budget travelers.
