    • A pioneer in meatless meals, Hiltl has been serving vegetarian cuisine in Zurich since 1898. Famed for its self-serve buffet, the restaurant also has lunch and dinner menus featuring vegetarian versions for classic Swiss dishes like Züri Geschnetzeltes, which is traditionally made with veal, as well as Asian curries, Mediterranean pastas and other meat-free fare. Hiltl offers a daily menu of seasonal dishes and has an extensive menu of freshly pressed juices.
