Ahh the joys of walking into a festival knowing full well that you will be experiencing some of the finest wines and food creations that have been internationally recognized. Ladies and gentleman, this is The Niagara Food and Wine Expo, located in The Scotia Bank Centre, and it certainly is the most magical way to spend your very own extended long weekend in May (May 25th-27th). During the three glorious days of this expo you’ll take in the beauty of the food and wine culture that is emulated throughout Niagara and beyond.

The Expo is deemed as the ‘premier international tasting event’ that not only showcases the wines of the plush vineyards just down the road but simply displays only the very best international wines, beers and spirits. Even better yet, as you walk through the expo you will enjoy sample upon sample of only the very best in Niagara’s cuisines. The food stalls at The Expo showcase Niagara in a vibrant, sophisticated light, as some of the top restaurants such as AG Inspired Cuisine, Vintage Hotels restaurants and so many more.

The Wine and Food Expo perfectly exhibits Niagara’s love for food and wine and is certainly one of the best ways to experience all of the top-quality restaurants, wineries, and breweries Niagara and the world have to offer, and the beauty of it all is that you only have to stay for one weekend.

Tickets for the event go on sale during the month of April, so continually revisit The Food and Wine Expo website to purchase a ticket within the next month, it surely is worth the wait.
