Aysegul is from Istanbul and has lived there for the most of her life. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Economics and Management of Arts, Culture, Media & Entertainment from the Bocconi University in Milan (Italy). She has recently started working on her thesis on gastronomy tourism in Turkey –Istanbul especially as it is the most metropolitan city of the country. Aysegul resides in Istanbul to discover new tastes, new media and new places to contribute to her research. She loves to travel and her greatest motivation in her travels is to be able to do "what the locals do."
