A Tale of Oranges, Huffing, and the Airport

While this happened a while ago, we couldn’t NOT write about it. An Arizona resident was arrested after police caught him in an unusual situation. Brian Henio, 33, was located at an orange grove near Mesa’s Falcon Field Airport when airport officials responded to a complaint. It had been reported that oranges were being thrown at planes within the airport.

Henio was found with a green jug to his lips and had been huffing spray paint. It was also determined that Henio was the one throwing oranges at the airplanes.

Police described Henio as agitated and jittery, unable to answer their questions and ultimately had to be tackled to the ground when being handcuffed. Hanio was charged with possession of a vapor releasing substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.
