New Mega Yacht is Out of Control – and Can be Operated by an iPad

Looking for a new yacht? Well, you might have to wait a bit longer for this £15 million one. It seems its current owner is pretty happy with it.

And who wouldn’t be ecstatic with a yacht that took five years to build, and includes a hull built from glass and the ability to be controlled by an iPad? What?

Yep, yacht designer John Shuttleworth went totally space-age with the boat now owned by very-rich-man Anto Marden, who also owns two tropical islands off the coast of Indonesia. (Of course he does.)

According to the Daily Mail, the shape of the superyacht was “specially developed to cut through waves as it glides across the high seas.”

Of course, there’s plenty of room to bring along friends – up to nine guests and six crewman. Plus, you can go up to 4,000 miles without refueling, so get cozy in these nice digs. Particularly in the saloon area on the main deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fab, naturally, looking more like they belong in an upscale hotel than on a boat.
